Health Related Exercise
Our P.E. focus this term is HRE. In our first session we worked on Speed, endurance and strength.
We rotated around four stations which included shuttle runs, speed bounce, squats and ball throwing.

Once we had finished a complete circuit, we went for a second attempt to try and beat our initial scores.
Next Week we will try again with the seem activities to see if we can improve again. We spoke about what we could do in our spare time to help us to improve our times / scores.
